School & Grappling

At my school, we have this end of the year project thing for middle school graduation, its sort of like a final gift to the community where we do a presentation of an independent study we've chosen. I've decided to do mine on Brazilian Jiujitsu and trust me, it wont be as easy as it sounds.I plan on writting papers on gracie family history, Henry Matamorous (instructor and bjj pioneer), make trees leading back from count koma to myself. So I'll be quite occupied with a school project I can really have fun doing!

2 more weeks

the season ends in 2 weeks, and after this wrestling experience I fell like I can push my jiujitsu girls a little harder(mwahaha!)maby even make it to the next king grappler. due to other sports, bjj rebel is going to be small this year. I guse it just means we'll have to train harder.

3ed aniversiry

two days ago was oficialy my 3ed year of jiujitsu. Im looking back now and thinking; how did a little 3ed grader who wanted to be a movie star, become a teenager who wants to fight pay for veiw? THE WORLD WILL NEAVER KNOW!!!!!!!

another match by monster

I had a wrestling meet last monday, I won my first match kinda quick. on my second I was a round or two into it but as I was going for a dubble (take down) I hered my arm crack. my coach is yelling somthing like "your on top!!finish him!!" I started pointing and mouthing 'my arm! my arm!' we paused the match. I hadent broken any thing, but my arm was shaking like crazy. they asked me if I wanted to continue or not. I looked at the scor bord. it was 6-1, and I wasnt in a losing mode, I said I'd continue, and after that I pinned him. I found out later my arm had been sprained. the coach asked my mom what she thought of me, and she said " my daughter is a monster!"but I guse I kinda am.

ADO & sexy ester

I went to my first rock cocert on saturday, a local high school band (ADO) opened. and then a band from madison(sexy ester) rocked the optimo cafe past midnight. what dos this have to do with grappling? I dont know, I guse its not the first time Ive been in loud, sweaty, crowded situations=)

VIROQUA BLACKHAWKS

I had a wrestling schrimage on monday, I lost 4 & tied 1(comon , I'de only been at it for a week).

Then on friday, I lost my first match, won my seacond by 8 points=), and lost my last one by one point. and why I changed my blog colors? black and orange are our team colors. GO BLACKHAWKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
