I've visited OLKCREEK CAMPUS they have no.1 a very hard gym to find no.2 white belt, but very tuff & no.3 there all in my age catagory(which is a great thing) being from the central campus not to say matamorous jiujitsu i was ready to role.

yesterday in jiu-jitsu I was rolling with one of the more, well, harder rollers. he landed on my arm & cranked it. and belive me it hurts, I cant bend it all the way, and I dont know when I'll be back in "the game" A.S.A.P. I hope. then I can get back to the stuff I love =(

Summer

I know this is odd for people who are not so much into sports, but, am begining to get bored of sleeping-in, Ice cream on hot days, and the warmth out side after sweating in BJJ,(but then agin BJJ is never boring) =)

tips for storing medals

as in this picture some people have a lot'a medals so heres some tips for storing medals: 1. For your first few medals, use a cloth hanger holds 4-6 medals. 2. When swords start coming in, start nailing hooks into your wall! 2-3 hooks per swords. 3. When your walls are coved in awards, well, start taking out boxes.

Another victory

I went to King Grappler in Madison WI, and got 2 first place swords and a medal . Alea ,one of my peers at Rufous Sport, came in with 2 second place medals and did very well against Mark Severtsons' daughter . In the Super Matches my coach Omar.C and Sensei Henry.M both won !
